Fritz Quartet @ Chijmes Hall

Wedding of Junyang and Rina 
Chijmes Hall 

We arrived at 10am this morning, for a rehearsal with the bridesmaid and sword bearers. The first violinist needs her morning cuppa. 

The sword bearers discussing their formation. We had performed at the Chijmes Hall on various occasions and so it was familiar ground for us. 

After the rehearsal, we performed a 15-minute set for the guests  who were arriving. The pieces included: 

Pachelbel Canon in D
Vivaldi Winter 
Bach Gavotte 
Mozart Eine Kleine Nachtmusik 

After a 30 minute break, we performed the following songs which we had specially arranged for the ceremony: 

Bridesmaid Entrance- Groovy Kind of Love (Phil Collins)
Sword-of-Honor Entrance- Nimrod from Elgar's Enigma Variations
Bride Entrance- Over the Rainbow
Communion Candle - Kissin' You from Romeo and Juliet 
Recessional - Here Comes the Bride (Wagner) 

By the time the whole ceremony was over, it was 1pm. As the guests partook in the sumptious buffet spread, we dispersed to various locations of the island for our afternoon commitments.
